Sorry, was busy.
I'm not new in web development, if I have scroll bar I will never ask about this question.
Om my iMac and Chrome browse it looks castrated! Only main scroll bar to move up and down whole page, but no scroll bars for each section at all!
Even Page stats I can't see in narrow screen, I have to open it for 80% of screen wide

You are talking about an issue that is not related to JSitemap but to your PC/Mac/Browser
Maybe this will be useful: http://heresthethingblog.com/2015/03/10/mac-tip-macs-scroll-bars/
Otherwise change PC/Browser.
