In the XML Map i dont see my home page.

I Use Gantry Template and the home page isn't article but a custom page. without article

How can i add the home page "www.weekendfotografici.it" at my Sitemap?

Ensure that the data source corresponding to the Joomla menu that includes the home page is published.
