I submit to Google webmaster tools but they say my sitemaps are not html format! See the screenshot attached.

I simply either submit to webmaster tools using JSitemap or directly copy/paste, and either way it says it's an error.

Thanks for your help!

Hi,
i don't see any screenshot attached.

By the way write here the link to the sitemap that you are submitting, otherwise i can't help you.

I check your website and sitemap but that's not the problem.

The sitemap is generated perfectly: https://www.gatewaytosedona.com/index.php?option=com_jmap&view=sitemap&format=xml

The problem appears to be on your server when Google Bot access your website. Indeed it answer with a strange Chinese page... i hope that the server has not been hacked.
You can test it on the bot simulator service: http://www.botsimulator.com/ see self-explaining screenshot

I recommend to contact your hosting provider immediately. Hope this helps.

On the phone with my hosting sevice right now...
