My setting in Joomla global config is such that, i use https for admin area and use http for site frontend pages (Force SSL is set to Administrator). But the sitemap urls and links in sitemaps that are generated all are with https. Looks like this global config param is not considered while generating the sitemap.

for the site frontend it's enough use the link with different protocol to determine also the links included.

In your case use for example:
http://www.jv-extensions.com/component/jmap/?lang=en&format=xml

instead of
https://www.jv-extensions.com/component/jmap/?lang=en&format=xml

and all the links for sitemap will have http://
