[SOLVED]Cannot use on Iphone but works on Android Karma: 0  
Hi I've just installed on our site disabled public chat but enabled private chat for public access, when I use it on my android and write a message and enter it sends fine and I can reply from my computer, but when using an Iphone and click to enter message keyboard pops up but as i type message nothing appears in the message box, any ideas ??

Hi,

normally IPhone works the same as Android for the text field.
Once the keyboard opens you can write text and click the 'Enter' button.

Eventually post the IPhone version and browser used.

Hi John

Got it sorted it just seems when you click on the message box the keyboard appears but then I have to click the message box again for the cursor to appear, then I can write and send message, Thanks
