I just loaded my jChatSocial and it has been working for 2 days with no issues. Now all of a sudden, it's not displaying all the content on the pop-up window when you select it. No one is able to use it. I need to upgrade my version as my license has expired and I am more than willing to do so as soon as Friday this week when I get paid ,but I am concerned that this is not working on my site with JomSocial. Can you please tell me what I need to do to fix this?

i had a look at your site and detected that when the chat starts to communicate with the server stream a server error probably due to PHP is trigged.
This could hide a weird conflict for example with some other plugins,
to tell you more i should access the site backend.
