dummy unknown users in chat box? Karma: 0  
Hi,

I happen to see a few times now 2 or 3 names of users in my chat box which are not users in my easysocial databas.
these names are strange like 'guveco'.

is this common?

Hello,

these kind of names are for guest users, when the guest users feature is enabled even not logged in users are able to use the chat and based on the random name generation they get a name.

Disable the guest users feature if you need to use the chat only with logged in users and Easysocial platform, seee below image.
