Hello,

When I create a new chatroom with access: special, also registered members can access this room.

Hello mark,

ensure that in the Joomla access level edit screen for 'Special' the checkbox for 'registered' user group is not checked. Otherwise Joomla will allow access to Registered, the chat room access level works with Joomla ACL identical to that used for articles, modules, etc
