Hi John

I was wondering if it is possible to configure the ticketing system so that guests must provide contact information when submitting a ticket (this is in place already) AND registered, logged-in users have that contact info already populated, or just have a whitespace to write their question with a submit button. Or something like that - it seems odd that a registered logged-in user would have to complete their contact information when submitting a ticket when we already have it on file. Perhaps I am missing something in the configuration?

Hi Jeff,

indeed i think that your suggestion is correct. As for now the ticketing form is mainly thought for guests only, so registered users have no special actions or auto fill.

I will add the autocomplete feature for registered users in the ticketing form in the next release.
