Is it possible to display a Graphic with a link to the chat instead of the chat bar?

I am also interested in whether I can link directly to a chat session from an outside site for support?

My thought is to open the chat form in an iframe or lightbox popup. I have two subdomains to my primary site that are the actual product and I would like to be able to open a chat managed on the primary site from the products home page.

You can display the chat using Joomla module and template positions, you can also disable the public or private chat features.
