[SOLVED]Pop up windows/List issue Karma: 0  
Hi,
I am having an issue with setting up Live Support. I have everything set up but when someone logs in, the sidebar disappears after a second and never comes back up. Also the "Auto open agent chatbox" does not seem to be working although it is enabled.

I have the enterprise version running on Joomla 2.5. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

ensure that the parameter visible in the image below is enabled and set to 'Yes' maybe that's the problem because the users list disappear and is removed.

For other users, the problem was due to the parameter shown in the image below set to 'No' to deny permissions to access the users list.
