Registered user do not see other users, not seen by other users Karma: 0  
It is very strange. When user is not registered, it can't see other not registered users. But when one logs in, then he can't see other users exept himself. Even super user can not see anyone. Not registered user sees registered and super users but they can not see him. Not registered can send messages to registerd ones but latter can not see messages altough not registered receive info that message has been "seen". Why is it happening?

Hello,

it looks like there are some misconfigurations in the chat for users.
Ensure that the live support mode is not enabled, the parameter to chat with users of same groups is not enabled, etc
If you are not able to solve, it would be better uninstall it and perform a clean install with default settings.

So it is not possible to use support mode and chat mode parallel?

Not sure what you need to accomplish, but if you use the chat as a live support tool users will be filtered accordingly.
The application is unique, it's a chat optionally used as a live support that means: normal users chat with agents only
