There is character code problem (see in attachment).
The original string: Private chat - in hungarian: Privát chat (char 'á' is problematic)

This is due to the editor you are using and character encoding used.

Joomla translations files require always to use UTF-8 No Bom. Otherwise you will experiment this problem for not ASCII characters.

You can use the great Notepad++ to manage UTF8 files easily: http://notepad-plus-plus.org/

My problem: the chat not see the online users (see attachment) ergo the private chat funcion is unusable. .
I set the 3PD extensions integration to Community Builder and Users always online=Yes.
What is the problem?

this could depend on some different factors, try to understand if disabling the CM integration the users list works normally.
Otherwise if the search field is enabled it could also be related to translations file.

So my questions are:
#1: The #1 value is okey (backend).
#2-3: Basically (by loading the main page) the value of #2 is always zero, I only see a number there if I write something to the user search input (#3). Is it possible that always the value of #1 would be seen instead of the #2? Because at the moment a zero can be seen when somebody enter to the site and he/she can think that nobody is online.
