When including URL in message, JChat adds 'br'. Gives 404 error. Karma: 0  
When user includes URL in chat message, jchat adds 'br' at the end of the link. Clicking the link gives 404 error.

For example:

Including link in message:
http://www.something.com/

Jchat adds 'br' to the link:
http://www.something.com/br

Result: wrong URL, 404

Please help on resolving the issue?

Hello,

assuming that you are using Jchat enterprise latest version 2.7 this is something not known or happened before, nor directly related to the link manipulation done by jchat.

So eventually provide detailed informations useful to reproduce it, such as the browser used, the Joomla version etc.

Also having access to your website could be required in the case that other scripts are interfering with the chat causing the issue.

well the browser is not the problem so.

It would be better if you can contact me at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and provide an admin account too.
