Online users not shown after upgrade to 2.3 Karma: 0  
Hi there,

I have upgraded my jchatsocial script from 2.1 to 2.3 today on my Joomla 2.4.24 website.
After upgrading everything looks fine, except that the online users are not shown.

The chat bar always show (0) users and no user is shown in the user list.
In Version 2.1 this was working fine.

Any advise, how to fix this issue with be fine.

Hi Michael,

i think you refer to Joomla 2.5 not 2.4.
If so ensure you have installed the JChatSocial package right for your Joomla and that settings are not changed.

Sorry, this was a typo. Should be 2.5.24
