I've been using the paid version JChatSocial on my website for a while now. It installed with out a hitch and both my users and I love it..

But today.. for no apparent reason that I can see - Trying to submit new messages doesn't do anything. If you hit the enter key, it just takes you down a line instead of submitting the message. If you click the submit button, nothing happens..

It's happening off and on.. working for some people some of the time.. then not.

The site loads fine in all other respects.

Any ideas?

So it looks like a javascript issue. My thoughts are:

1. You have recently updated JChat component and some people have to clear browser cache to refresh scripts
2. There is a recently installed plugin that introduced a javascript error affecting the JChat working mode too

When the issue happens, try to open the Developers Console to inspect for some javascript errors reported.
