I finally have the chat working and it looks great. I was able to tie it to a specific menu, which is great.

However, every time we chat, users get kicked out. Suddenly they will not be able to see what the other users types, it will be a white screen. They will then have to log out of the site and back in. They can participate again.

I've spoken with my hosting account and it doesn't seem to be on that end. I checked some places on line and they started talking about adding lines in code for cookie browsers etc - which is not my forte.

Any ideas on what would cause this? Did I set it up incorrectly?

Hi Trina, that's a great news.

About your issue, it could be due to the Joomla session timestamp not refreshing correctly so this would affect the chat app too.
To check if i'm right, you can try to set the parameter visible in the screenshot below in the chat configuration.
