Hi.

When I load old messages I don't see users avatars.

Furthermore, the automatic loading of old messages sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't.

Hi,

that's expected and known. Public chat messages when reloaded at a later time in the chat history don't preserve avatars if users logged out/logged in because even the session id of Joomla changes.
