Timestamp display in chatroom? Karma: 0  
There are situations that arise where it would be very handy for a message posted timestamp to be displayed in the chat room so all users can see when a specific message was posted. Is there a way to do that? I've tried looking at every thread on the jchat forum, and also in the manual, I don't see anything about it

Hello,

for spacing reason the timestamp is showed when mouse hovering the user name or avatar name for each message.
I think you already sent me an email about this and other customizations.

indeed, and I do appreciate the response back. however, although I am still perfectly happy with paying for a few additional lines of code, just some knowledge is heaps appreciated. i now know from your response that time stamps can be easily seen from the front end, and that's all I needed on that issue.

In my opinion, it wasn't revealed to me previously in your email that they can be seen in that way.
