Ticket System without mail to the Guest Karma: 0  
Hallo

First: Really Great Work, this Chat System, with so many possibilities, configs, etc.

Now my Problem, maybe a question of config, but i cant find.

The Ticket sender must give the email adress, thats ok
But i dont want to send a mail with his input to him automatically, because of the spam risk
Is there a config to stop that or a workaround?

The only way to prevent to send an email when submitting tickets is to disable the parameter in the screenshot below.

Works perfect, thank you very much

maybe a good idea to add it in the config , with a future update

because, the spam risk is where the lawyers wait for, to get my money...
