Hi,

Why the Live Chat still displaying on excluded pages?
Any mistake on my setting?

Hi,

normally it's enough to select page where the chat must be excluded. Only ensure that the selection is correct.

I'm make sure I have selected the pages are excluded for the chat.However,the chat still display on excluded page.Any idea?

No any idea... i guess that there could be something that prevents this system to work properly, maybe an extension that overrides the Joomla routing and SEF URLs or a cache that inject scripts on all pages.

This is a Big Problem for us. It is because we don't want the chat displaying on our live broadcasting page.
We never enable the template Cache and Optimize CSS,etc. Can you kindly help to fix?

Try to use the module positionment way for the chat instead of the default sidebar. Using the module system you can assign the module only to certain pages with Joomla.
