Getting User Information after the Chat Karma: 0  
We have it set to form activated private chat for support on our website. The user must enter an email address in the form section. Is there a way to retrieve this email address at a later time after the chat window has been closed? We sometimes might like to email a follow up or may have missed their chat popup if we stayed logged in but strayed from our desk.

Hi,

that's not the case because the email address visible in the chat activation form is not thought for live support purpouse. It's temporary stored in the session database table.

If you want to keep track of email, tickets, etc when you are offlline use the tool as a live support and ticketing system instead, so that users will be able to fill in the ticketing form properly and tickets will be stored for backend management.
