Same users appearing in the chat Karma: 0  
If you can see above, the same user "testing" is appearing many times.. how do i limit to 1.. its clogging the list..

Max inactivity time to strip out users(sec) set to 10 seconds (originally joomla session timeout) under configuration > preferences

Set to the above and yet it is still happening.. any other configs?

I have no clue on other potential reasons, eventually try to perform a reset of all chat settings to default just to ensure that an integration or other setup may be relevant.
