Hello John,

Jchat is excluded for the specific page (defined in "Chat page exclusion". However, when we use a modal window activated by a link defined from this page, Jchat is shown in the modal window.
Knowing that the URL of the modal window is the same as the parent window, is it any solution to hide Jchat for this modal window?

Hello Bertrand, if the modal window URL was the same as the parent window the chat would be excluded as well. So it means that there is at least a different menu id or parameter.
Only solution that i can think of is using CSS to hide it in that modal page, unless the modal window has not a menu item page related to choose for chat exclusions.
