Hi,
I use Themler template (https://themler.com/) and the “available users” are not visible (avatar and name).
It was possible to contact users with public conversation and the avatar appear.
If a change template, it’s OK, but I want to use this template
Someone as an idea?

Hi,
if the template 'breaks' the chat layout try to find using a tool such as Firebug what are styles that generate the problem overriding the normal chat layout.
Also if you post the link i could open at my end.
