Hi,
We wish to schedule the day/time of the week when our experts will be available to chat with users, how can we do this?

Also, is there a way of limiting each chat session with a user to a maximum of ten minutes?

Hi,
under the configuration -> permissions tab there is a feature to allow the activation of the chat using a time range.
It's not possible to schedule by day or end a session after a certain time.
By the way the live support mode is not thought for a limited time usage, indeed it shows a contact form when no agents are online to allow customers to leave a ticket.
