[SOLVED]3PD extensions integration Kunena Karma: 0  
hello

I installed a Kunena template, now I host in chat avatar no longer displayed.
Kunena Template I do NOT want to change, because I paid for it.

Can you please help me, that the integration is working again?

hello,

it could depend on the kunena size for avatars.
In the JChatSocial settings you will find a dropdown to select the size used by Kunena for avatars and match it.

If this doesn't work there could be some other reasons, such as the installed template changed the path for avatars.
In this case send me a link to let me check missing avatars in the chat.

ok, have again the integration extensions enabled in the backend.
Have Tested all avatar sizes, did not work

instead of the image, only says:

EDIT:

with Firebug, I tried to figure out where the chat the picture relates.

in Firebug is but: image could not be loaded

Updating JChatSocial to latest release will fix this issue with Kunena avatars.

I have uninstall JChatSocial, and new install JChatSocial

same prob.

You can download updates for 1 year.
Click on left menu 'Purchased products'
