Hello again,

usually using Skype feature is straighforward.
Users can set the Skype id in chat option. All the users that have set a Skype ID can be called using the icon showed in users list.
But this is well explained in the chat documentation

Normally clicking to Skype icon the browser communicates with O/S that ask to grant access to the Skype application to be opened and start call, nothing more actions are required.

I don't know what is TWINUI, eventually post some more details about your operating system and browser used.

i am using windows 8 and firefox latest browser on both systems

Hello,

i visited your site but i can't access the chat... probably i need to login.
Eventually contact me at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to send reserved credentials to test the chat.
2 accounts would be enough to do this.
