Hi,

Chat exclusions was working fine until a couple of days ago. Now nothing I do seems to affect it and they show up on every page.

Any idea on how I can fix this?

Hi,
ensure that you didn't selected the first dropdown item 'No page exclusion' otherwise nothing will be excluded.

Thank you however I have done this (and every other combination I can think of).

Should I uninstall and reinstall?

Sorry but other than this i have no clue about any other reason. Reinstalling should not make any difference, most probably it's something outside the extension such as a third party extension for SEF preventing things to work normally.

Okay, I have worked out the issue. In order to fix this, you have to set "Load Compatibility Mode" to "Mode 2".

Hopefully this will help someone else with the same frustrating issue.
