Can't see other moderators replied in Chat room Karma: 0  
Hi,

We have several admin on the chat room chatting with our users.And all user in same chat room.However,each admin can't see other moderators replied in Chat room.So,all admin did not know who had replied to user on chatroom.

But all message by admins has storied in Back-end.

How to fix it?

Hi,

i don't know but i can give you some hints about the configuration.

Check the paramerter 'Allow the chat to same groups only' if set to 'No' and the 'Live support mode' if disabled or correctly configured.
