Hi again,

i've no clue about the reason why you don't get an emoji.

Try to do some tests to figure it out. Check if the browser console reports javascript errors, test with the default English language, test the demo area https://demo.storejextensions.org/jchatsocial_enterprise, change browser, etc

Thanks

John,

I found out, it's related to the banned words!

Let's have a look to firebug result:
<img class="jchat_emoti*$*%#*" title=";R" src="https://www.le-site-du-*$*%#*eil-syndical.com/components/com_jchat/emoti*$*%#*/gym.png">

'con' is a banned word
If I disable 'Words banning' the emjis appear!

Can you do something to avoid the use of banned word in that case?

Thanks.

Nicolas

Ah ok that's explain all!

I remember that i was already aware about this happened in the past, but it was hard to do something to find a solution and avoid this.

Take care to not overlap banned words with keywords for emoji.

Thanks

John

Ok I've done that, French people can now say 'con' ( j e r k ) to one another

Thanks John for your quick answers.
