Can i i my end of the world, make a "Signature" which is the same every time i use the chat?
It's a bit anoying that i also get the guest number, it would be nice to have it for laptop, tablet and smartphone.

I know that people don't have to fill the email field, but can i throw it away?

Hello,

to use the chat with the same user you need to do the standard Joomla login being recognized everytime with your user.
Using Joomla frontend and also the chat every time as a guest, Joomla will assign every time a different session identifier.
Guests can choose a custom name using the field in the chat options.

Okay, but when people write their nickname, chats with me and logout, then the next time they can't use the same nickname, because it says that the nickname already exists. Is it possible to change this?

This should not happen using the pro version of component.

Try to test if the demo area works the same, i'm not currently receive messages
in frontend for nickname that exists: http://demo.storejextensions.org/jchatsocial_professional/

Maybe i'm missing something, or maybe you mean that this happens using the chat form to join instead of the chat options to change nickname?
