Exclude module for mobile version Karma: 1
Hello!

I tried to exclude a module for the mobile version via plugins setting in the admin dashboard.
I enabled "Yes" to exclude the module like shown in the attachment, but the module is still shown.

Do I miss something?

Hello Isabella,

sometimes the problem is related to the plugins ordering that matters or to Joomla cache.

Eventually contact me by mail to have an admin access so i will have a look.

Hi John, I am also having a similar problem. I have tried clearing cache, and changing plugin order but that did not make a difference.
It is a search module and a main menu module and the only way I seem to make them disappear is to remove the module position from the template positions associations.

I would be grateful for any ideas to make it work.

Hello,

if the plugins order is correct it could be due to some other extension installed for example Advanced Modules manager that overrides management of modules.

Greetings!

John
