getting 404 error - index.php being appended to url Karma: 0  
I've just installed Responsivizer.. (Awesome!.. by the way)..

I'm getting a 404 error on links from the homepage.. it appears "index.php" is being appended to the url..

Desktop = www.australiansafetysigns.com/safetysigns/107-danger-signs
Responsivizer = www.australiansafetysigns.com/index.php/safetysigns/107-danger-signs

clicking on the home link on this page results in a duplication in the url like this:
www.australiansafetysigns.com/index.php/safetysigns/index.php/safetysigns/107-danger-signs

any help would be greatly appreciated..

Hi all,

i just had a look at your site, normally Responsivizer works only on layout but in your case it seems that mod_rewrite removing the 'index.php' from the menu links is not active when Responsivizer is executed.
I'm wondering why... eventually try to clear the Joomla cache just to ensure that menu are refreshed and contact me at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .
Having a look at the backend config maybe i can discover the exact reason.
