Just started working on making this site responsive. I have the menu module set up but when it displays it si just showing a full screen of all my menu items instead of separate buttons. When I view it in the device emulator it works like it should but on my phone they are just basic text links.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello dear,

i can't access your site link because my IP is forbidden, thus i can't see it. However if it looks ok in the emulator and not on the phone, check if the problem is not related to the device cache. If you assign a standard Joomla menu module to the position 'responsivizer_mainmenu' the menu must be rendered automatically as a mobile one, with a buttons pile.

John,

Where are you located so I can unblock your location. Also I have duplicated the menu item and placed it in responsivizer_mainmenu and responsivizer_menu_top the one in the top menu displays like i want it but just shows text links. the main menu position displays as single links but not as a button style menu.

Jeff,

the menu in both positions responsivizer_mainmenu and responsivizer_menu_top should normally look as in the demo area. As a side note check if the modules (mobile duplicated instance) has some class suffix specified, that could be the problem and if so remove them.
