1.) Please, how can i set to show image logo only at the home page in resposivizer plugin?
2.) How to set image logo to put at the top side?

You have to use a Joomla Custom module adding the logo image to it and assigning it to the position named 'responsivizer_logo' published only for your home page.
In that module you will use CSS styles if you want to align the logo image at a left/right side.
