Hi I'm using responivizer 2.4.2 and Joomla 3.6.2 and can't for the life of me figure out how to collapse the entire menu so to get the "collapsed menu icon" on the top of the page. If I try to set "Collapse top menu on page load" or "Collapse Top Menu" I get the single "Home" menu item but the entire menu doesn't expand. Instead I have to have all of the top level menu items shown and it doesn't look that good. The site is here: lascrucesassociationofrealtors.com.

because i noticed a javascript error on the website maybe that could be your problem.
In the parameter 'Template settings' -> 'Responsive elements class' it looks like you have entered '.responsive', remove the dot and leave only the class name 'responsive' as by default.
