Hello, i tried your page but the problem is not that the popup does not open.
The popup opens up but after a while it remove all contents of the page and shows only a blank page.
No javascript errors or conflict are reported, i've no idea why this happens, please report this to the JomSocial support forum because it's a problem of JomSocial.
Only think i noticed in the console is the following https message that maybe you can fix:
