I have in interesting item here. Last night I installed Responsivizer and a page builder app I use, Quix, changed it's menu name from "Quix" to "COM_QUIX" and moved from far right to far left on the top Joomla menu. More interestingly, "Quix" will show at the top on one or two apps that I use but shows "COM_QUIX" on most everything else.

Any help in understanding why this occurred would be appreciated. Thank you!

it's not possible to understand what happened without a deep analysis and so few informations, there are no clue on this nor i know something about Quix.
I can just give you an advice.
Understand if really Responsivizer is involved in this, because it sounds weird that there is a relation to me, but after all there could be some conflict somewhere. Unpublish all the Responsivizer extensions one by one, plugins, component, module, etc and check if it fixes.
