Hi. I am using the iOS Predefined Theme and reinstalled the new version of the responsivizer then the image or a banner "Support Jooma COntribute" appear. How can I remove the image in the template please? Please see attached with arrow. Thanks.

this is not part of Responsivizer, it simply means that you have still a sample module included in the default Joomla installation that is getting assigned to a template position used by the Responsivizer template.
Simply search and delete that module in the Joomla backend.

Notice that through positions associations you map modules to the mobile template. In particular if you empty the 'responsivizer_top' associations you will remove that module that has probably the 'top' position.
