Hi again. I was wondering about two things (for the sake of continuity):

A) Is there a way to match the colors in the headings with the same blue we're using in our logo?

Our headings for "Welcome" and "What's New" display differently. Is that something I can adjust in Responsivizer?

Hi again,
for the main title of articles you can use the parameter as the below screenshot.

The "What's New" is a module header title, to change the background color of that element you need to add a custom CSS code in the main.css such as:
