Hi Ive just got round to installing this product and no menu comes up and limited functionality in the back end of joomla 3.7, when i use the emulator the whole site pops out of the mobile screen and gives a full screen as does the module manager and i cant access anything or change anything with this conflict

Hi,

most probably this is the case: https://storejextensions.org/forum/view/14-responsivizer/3806-re-unable-to-use-device-emulator.html

You can also check if you have installed the extension GTranslate, if so that's probably the cause of this issue. You can temporary disable it when working on Responsivizer.
