Hello,

On my mobile there are 2 menus showing, (main menu and a menu I added myself)
How to disable the main menu?

Hello,

mobile module exclusions is done for this purpouse.
It's the easiest way to exclude certain modules from mobile, the positions associations manager can be used too, in the case that a template position is mapped from desktop to mobile. More info in the PDF docs.
