Hi, I want to reposition a module to appear above the menu. How do I accomplish this?

Hi,
refer to the screenshot image with the stack of positions available in the download area to understand how to assign the sequence of modules.

If you use the responsivizer_mainmenu position you can place elements above it, if you use the responsivizer_menutop position you can't place anything above it.

That did not solve my issue. I need a custom HTML module on top, then the menu, then the logo. How do I get this done?

As i pointed out you can do this only if you can follow the positions sequence.

Look at the screenshot, if you assign a custom HTML module + a logo module to the position responsivizer_logo and then a menu to the responsivizer_mainmenu you can do this. Otherwise you won't be able to do this.
