[SOLVED]Trouble Reporting Specific Time Frames Karma: 0
For some reason or another, I'm having a difficult time getting the global stats report to display information for specific time frames. When I select a new time frame, the window appears to be loading, but never quite updates the information.

Hello,

if the report hang up it could be a problem due to scalability, having too much data to elaborate in the selected time frame.

Check if reducing the time frame interval the report gets generated normally, and try to disable some type of stats like in the picture below to reduce the amount of data analyzed.

This should help to understand if the problem is due to a large amount of data processed.

It is working now, thank you very much. Reducing the amount of data reported did the trick.

I am, however, facing a second problem now. I can't seem to export pdfs. When I click the export PDF button, all I get an error page with the following:

TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image: http://renningers.net/administrator/components/com_jrealtimeanalytics/images/icon-48-statspdf.png

I made sure that the file was in the appropriate directory.

The problem was due to file open permissions.
