I don't think that the access is the problem.

Maybe what's missing is that the event has not the same tracking url specified.
It must be the same URL specified in the event parameter:
http://itso.int/index.php?option=com_jrealtimeanalytics&track=2&lang=en

Every event must have a different URL set as custom url.

every event must have a unique URL with no redirects.
