Hi,
My Jrealtime Analytics version is 3.3.
I try to export pdf for full report but pdf not content.
My site language is zh-TW (Chinese Character).

Hi,
i don't know what's meaning 'pdf not content'
Maybe it means that there is a PDF file exported and that it's empty, or that there is a blank page or something else.

I'm not sure but maybe the problem could be Chinese characters not supported for PDF conversion.
Try with English or use other kind of reports such as CSV and XLS.
