Hi,
I've just purchased Jrealtimeanalytics. Installation on intranet was done successfully. But as soon as I try to access the component I get the error 503.
Can you please provide help.

Hi,
it's a generic server error so i can't have any clue about the exact reason. I can only assume that you are on a particular intranet and infrastructure that has some incompatibilities.
You have to check the server error log to find out something more useful. I guess that i can't access your Joomla backend too because it's not online.
