Clean Partial Cache Karma: 0  
What this function is doing. i will delete all USA Records out of my statistic. All the Bots destroying the stats. Now i have filtered in configuration USA, but it's not affecting the existing views. Is it possible to handle this with partial cache cleaning ? - will not press it before i know what happend.

As reported in the PDF docs:

Clean partial cache – Database table will be cleaned only by stats collected in selected
period interval. The period interval is set using the calendars input boxes.


All stats collected in that period will be cleaned, it's not possible to delete stats filtered by USA as you ask.

Thanks for this information. is it possible do delete the usa records out of database table ? i will not destroy the existing other stats.

No, that's not possible from the Joomla backend.
To do that you should work directly on the database table through phpMyAdmin.

Stats are stored in the table named #__realtimeanalytics_serverstats
