Hi All,

I have a strange behavior,: stats by users is reporting that Visitor_xxxx in the report is visiting a web page.

But to see the webpage you have to login with password, and you have to be inside the correct ACL.

How it is possible?

Hi,

i don't know, however if the webpage is not redirecting to another page for login, stats will be collected even if a user is not logged in and assigned to ACL. There could also be also cases in which the direct extension tracking makes it possible to have a user tracked on such pages.
